With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on excellence, collaboration, and craftsmanship, this group is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming projects on Brisbane’s northside. You’ll be joining a stable, well-supported business that values integrity, high standards, and genuine work-life balance — not just words on a page. The Opportunity As Site Manager , you’ll take full ownership of site delivery — managing trades, quality, safety, and schedules to ensure projects are completed to specification, on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with an experienced Project Manager and a hands-on leadership team who back their site staff and give them the tools to succeed. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth coordination between trades, subcontractors and suppliers. Manage site logistics, deliveries, and workforce planning to maintain progress and productivity. Uphold high standards of quality and safety , ensuring all work complies with plans, specifications and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inductions, safety inspections and toolbox meetings. Collaborate with the Project Manager to monitor programs, budgets, and procurement schedules . Review and approve subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate site documentation and reporting (RFIs, site diaries, NCRs, etc). Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence on site. About You 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering high-quality residential or townhouse projects. QBCC Builder Open Licence required. Proven track record in programming, scheduling and stakeholder management . Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Confident with construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office suite. Current First Aid certificate and valid driver’s licence.
